"Mid-eight figure" privately held company. HQ based in Europe with subsidiary in the U.S.

Evaluate performance of U.S Subsidiary's management after several years of losses. Take into account market potential and product acceptability. Make recommendations for turnaround, growth strategies, and budgetary implications. Subsequently asked to take an active interim operational management role.

Detailed analysis of market, products, pricing levels and competitive offerings. In depth interviews with all U.S Company personnel. Full documentation and alternate Business Plans. Presentation to Board. Subsequently asked to take over as interim CEO and terminate existing President and other Senior Management. During 3 month period (which extended to 6 months), cleared outstanding legal issues, reduced operating expenses, redirected personnel, formed new sales channels and assisted in finding permanent management.
