TMF offers 'virtual incubator' services to a select few 'Start-ups' that desire mentoring and 'on-tap' top level Management expertise and resources. The Start-up may be TMF conceived and internally incubated, or TMF may become a stakeholder in the new entity and provide key services and Advisory Board assistance in keeping with the Company's needs. Typical services include Business Plan creation or enhancement, financing assistance, strategic alliance initiatives, and more.

Asset Disposition

TMF has been called upon to assist companies, ranging from a Regional Bell Operating Company to smaller private and Public companies, in various disposition initiatives. In one case, in just 6 weeks, TMF facilitated a $1 Million sale of excess inventory, which had accumulated over a 3-year period.

Funding Force™

Where there is a good fit with TMF's traditional investor contact base, TMF takes on certain funding projects. These include an emphasis on strategic Corporate partnerships.
